About the project
DIGIVOGUI is a Virtual Exchange project co-funded by the European Commission and the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture. With its implementation, we aim to develop personal and social skills in young people, giving them the necessary tools for active civic participation and for informed and responsible decision-making regarding their future.

Thus, we want to empower young people to achieve better perspectives on a personal, social, educational and professional level, basing our project on 3 essential points:
-
Theoretical, methodological and conceptual development that allows quality intervention with young people, through the development of 2 manuals – Theoretical Manual and Practical Manual DIGIVOGUI.
-
Planning, preparing and structuring the training for Youth Workers, so that they can offer quality work with young people in the theme of vocational guidance based on NFE - through the creation of the MOOC and training for Youth Workers - in development throughout the year project;
-
Planning, preparation and structuring of an Interactive MOOC for young people to develop their personal and social skills. This course will also be tested throughout the project.
Using digital media and non-formal education tools, we are planning a program that will work on essential indicators for personal, social, academic and professional success and fulfillment: self-knowledge, communication and interpersonal relationships, critical thinking and creativity, time management, problem solving and emotional management, entrepreneurship, adaptability and decision making (areas of skills to be explored).
Problem: Lack of skills and lack of individualised vocational exploration/guidance.

c) Promoting the development of personal and social skills in young people through non-formal education methodologies and digital media, ensuring that the intervention effectively responds to the needs, expectations and potential of young people.
Goals
Main goals:
