Graduated in English/German (Teaching) from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and in Languages, Literatures and Cultures, English/Spanish variant from the University of Aveiro, she was a teacher of Basic and Secondary Education, trainer, facilitator, advisor of internships, tutor and translator.

She always liked challenges and that is why she assumed the position of Technical Director of an NGO in the area of youth and education, from an early age, and it was in 2017 that she added a new challenge: that of coordinating the Águeda Youth Center.

Since then, she has managed and coordinated intervention projects in the areas of youth, education and social innovation, as well as national and international projects and partnerships under the framework of various national and European programs.

In her spare time, what she enjoys most is spending time with her family, reading, being in contact with nature and traveling.

Master in Applied Psychology from the University of Minho, she has a postgraduate degree in Community Psychology and a Specialization in Gender Equality.

She is a former volunteer with the European Solidarity Corps in Reykjavik, Iceland and has extensive experience in Non-Formal Education and Erasmus+. Currently she is Project Coordinator KA1 and KA2.

She has an artistic vein within her, being part of the Orfeão theater group, in Águeda. She doesn't refuse a little dance step and music is always part of her everyday life. She believes that her passion for traveling has made her an innate storyteller, bringing her enthusiasm for learning about different cultures and ways of seeing the world to CJA.

Master in Applied Psychology from the University of Minho, she has a postgraduate degree in Community Psychology and Management and Implementation of Social Projects from the CRIAP Institute.

She is a former European Solidarity Corps volunteer, having spent time in Granada, Spain, where she fell in love with youth work and non-formal education.

She has extensive experience in the field of Non-Formal Education and Erasmus+.

She is currently project manager for KA2, CES and POISE.

She is passionate about music, culture, art, but above all, she believes that it is the books she reads that define her. She grew up believing in magic with Harry Potter and dreams of explaining “things by heart, to those who see black and white” and brings that little bit of herself to work every day.

With a degree in Office Management and Business Communication from the University of Aveiro, she fell in love with the area of digital communication through a challenge given to her by a teacher: that of managing the social networks of the university where she studied, which marked the starting point for what that she want to do with her professional path.

She discovered CJA through a Youth Exchange she participated in 2020, little knowing what would still await her at CJA.

With diverse experiences and skills, and an appreciation for creative means, it is her aim to bring new ideas and perspectives to the table and communicate CJA like never before.

When she's not managing social media, or planning logistical issues, she's dedicated to a range of activities. She loves painting, DIY'S, tv series marathons, traveling, the color pink, books and spending time with her cat, friends and family.

Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Viseu, she had the opportunity to integrate several teams and organizations during her internships, which allowed her to gain skills and experience in the areas of customer service, organization and event management.

In her free time she loves to spend time with her friends and family. She is passionate about animals, walking along the beach and the magic of social media.
